We have divided our prices into the following categories.
- Accommodation
- Food
- Special charges
Groups are billed at the end of the camp and a deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Fees and Charges - Spring and Summer 2008

ACCOMMODATIONS
- $27.00 per adult (12+yrs) per night.
- $19.00 per child (4-11yrs) per night.
- No charge for infants (0-3yrs)
- These charges apply to everyone except those camping, (tent or RV - see below)
Prices are based on multiple occupancy dorm rooms. Groups are expected to put at least 25 people in a dorm building before using another dorm building. This means that a group with 50 people or less, staying in dorm rooms, should only need 2 dorm buildings.- With services - $20.00 per night per unit, plus $7.00/$5.00 per adult/children.
- Without services - $15.00 per night per unit, plus $7.00/$5.00 per adult/children .
- With services means electricity and water.
- Sites with sewer available.
- RV dump outlet available.
NOTE: The following accommodations are not always available - call first to confirm!
Add $50.00 per night for small cabin.
Add $75.00 per night for a mobile home.
Add $100.00 per night for a 2 story house.

the menu selection sheets for detail. Main meal will be served at noon, except when the evening meal is a BBQ or Banquet. Any changes to the above most be approved by the Kitchen Manager.General use of grounds and buildings (chapel, gym, etc.) is included in the above prices (except the climbing wall). Groups must pay for any breakage and damage done to equipment or buildings.
OTHER CHARGES
The LFBC Student Council built a beautiful climbing wall and made
it available for those interested. Because of the special security,
equipment
and insurance,
this feature falls into a special category of its own and is
not included in the normal renting fees. Note that a qualified trained
supervisor
from Living
Faith will have to be there at all times.The cost will be $30.00 per hour
Scheduled times should be planned in advance with the Living Faith Camp Coordinator.

Due to the unique needs of different groups, we recommend that camp groups bring their own sound systems. If it is not convenient for the group to bring their own, ours is available for rent.CONDITIONS
Because we have groups following each other, sometimes very closely, we need time for cleaning:
- CHECK OUT is 1:30 pm for groups having lunch before departure, unless otherwise arranged.
- CHECK IN is 4:00pm for groups having supper as a first meal, unless otherwise arranged.On Sunday morning, from 9:00am until 1:00pm, the chapel is not available for any rental group. Our chapel is reserved for Living Faith Fellowship, which meets for their regular Sunday Morning Services. However, there are still possibilities for groups to meet in the Library or the gym depending on the size and the need. The sound system is provided.
Bedding is not provided by Living Faith. The rental group must bring all pillows, sheets, and blankets they require.
The official booking will take place when we receive the reservation deposit.
The reservation deposit will be as follows.
$50.00 per day per 50 people.Example: for a group of 75, staying for a 2 day week-end the reservation deposit will be $150.00
The reservation deposit will be deducted from the final invoice and is non refundable.Groups who cancel less than three months in advance will be charged 50% of the expected cost attendance
Discounts for meals and dorm costs are given based on the size of the group. Rates are as follows:
